1No Refund Policy

We (PostOnTheGo) charge you for access to the product in monthly plans. Due to the nature of our product, we (PostOnTheGo) currently do not offer refunds, either partial or in full. You can easily cancel your subscription at any time you like. We (PostOnTheGo) will no longer charge you anything once you cancel your subscription.

2Subscription Cancellation

While we do not provide refunds, you may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle
  • You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your paid period
  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused time in your billing cycle
  • After cancellation, your account will be downgraded to the free tier at the end of the billing period

3Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and exceptional circumstances, we may consider refund requests at our sole discretion. Such circumstances may include prolonged service outages or significant technical issues that prevent the use of our service.

4Subscription Changes

If you upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan, the changes will take effect immediately. Any difference in price will be charged or credited accordingly, but no refunds will be issued for downgrades mid-billing cycle.

5Changes to Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
